Definition
These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between Mobile Application Developer ("OLE Shop", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your" or "Visitors").
This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the OLE Shop and any of its products or services (collectively, "Mobile Application" or "Services").
Changes and modification
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to the OLE Shop or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement in the Mobile Application.
When we do, we will send you an email to notify you. Continued use of the OLE Shop after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
To start a return, you can email us if your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as for instructions on how and where to send the package items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be accepted.
Please note that you will be granted 15 days to use your credit to purchase another item with us. It is not our responsibility if the item you wanted is not available anymore at the time you receive your returned item
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile. You can also request us via email to stop collecting information, at support@ole-sports.com
Real-time location information
When visitors will visit the mobile application, we will use GPS technology to access the visitor’s current location to display all football stadiums nearest to the location. We will not share your current location with others.
Stars, rating, and user opinions
The stars used in the evaluation of any football stadium in our platform are due to the opinions of users and are not considered an official evaluation by our company. Your opinions may be used by OLE Fields Marketing to improve our service. OLE Fields Marketing has the right to modify, reject or remove opinions at our choice.
Links to other mobile application
Our Mobile Application contains links to other mobile applications that are not owned or controlled by us. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of other mobile applications or third parties. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our Mobile Application and to read the privacy statements of each mobile application that may collect Personal Information.
Acceptance of these terms
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the Mobile Application or its Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Mobile Application and its Services.
Dispute resolution
The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of Dubai, the United Arab Emirates without regard to its rules on conflicts or choice of law and, to the extent applicable, the laws of United Arab Emirates. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the state and federal courts located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.
