OLE has the right to use your data (Public) in advertising and publicity. We may also use the information
which provided us to provide you important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
The information that we disclose is based on the information provided to us by the customers and the
providers get permission to review and display their services. Providers are also fully responsible for
updating all information related to prices, availability of time and other information that is displayed
on the platforms
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited
to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile
device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about
the way you use the Application.
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard
uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile. You can also request us via email to stop
collecting information, at support@ole-sports.com
Real time location information
When visitors will visit the mobile application, we will use GPS technology to access visitor’s current
location to display all football stadiums nearest to the location. We will not share your current location
with others.
Children
We do not use the Application to meaningfully ask data from or market to children under the age of 13. If
a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their
permission, he or she should contact us at support@ole-sports.com. We
will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
The Prices
The football stadiums reservation hourly rates are defined by the providers (Owners).
Privacy policy
The fees for our services are not free, and the fees will be shown through the application. If providers
(Owners) use one of our services, this fee will be shown to a visitor also.
Credit card or bank transfer
Payment will be made securely through the credit cards, Apple Pay using our online payment services. The
Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements
and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be
updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
Some of the advertisements you see on the Site are selected and delivered by third parties, such as ad
networks, advertising agencies, advertisers, and audience segment providers. These third parties may
collect information about you and your online activities, either on the Site or on other websites, through
cookies, web beacons, and other technologies in an effort to understand your interests and deliver to you
advertisements that are tailored to your interests. Please remember that we do not have access to, or
control over, the information these third parties may collect. The information practices of these third
parties are not covered by this privacy policy. Kindly remove any other statements that contradicts with
the above statements
Credit card/debit data protection
All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared,
rented or leased to any third parties. The customer will be directed directly to its electronic payment
gateway, and we will limit itself to the data contained in the payment receipt.
Cancellation and non-attendance and Refund conditions
Once you have made a reservation with the provider, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and
no-attendance policy of this provider. A visitor can apply a full refund except payment gateway charges of
the amount for the reservation by credit card when the reservation is cancelled before 12 (TWELVE) hours
or more than the scheduled time. If visitor will cancel the reservation within 6 (SIX) to 12 (TWELVE)
hours, he can be able to apply half refund of the amount. The visitor will not be able apply refund if he
will cancel his reservation less than 6 (SIX) hours of reservation time. If the provider will accept
customer cancellation than visitor can get the chance of refund when reserved time is close to 6 hours.
Money will not be refunded in cash or in bank account transfer if customers will apply for refund than
this amount will go to customer’s OLE WALLET which he can use in future to take the reservation again.
Providers will receive the transfers one week after the service is used or a maximum of 30 days.
Google AdMob Ads Integration
We may use Google AdMob to serve advertisements within our mobile application. AdMob is a mobile advertising platform provided by Google Inc. It allows us to display targeted advertisements to users based on their interests and behavior. AdMob may collect certain data from users, such as device identifiers, IP addresses, and in-app activity, to personalize ad content and measure ad performance.

Google and Apple Subscription Services
Our mobile application offers subscription services that provide access to premium features or content. Subscriptions can be purchased through Google Play (for Android devices) or the App Store (for iOS devices). When you subscribe to our services, your payment information and subscription details are collected and processed by Google or Apple, depending on your device. Your subscription and payment information are subject to the respective platform's terms and privacy policies.
We do not have access to or control over the payment information you provide to Google or Apple. Please review the privacy policies and terms of use for Google Play and the App Store to understand how your data is collected, used, and protected. Your use of our subscription services implies your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth by Google and Apple.
Stars, rating, and user opinions
The stars used in the evaluation of any football stadium in our platform are due to the opinions of users
and is not considered an official evaluation by our company. Your opinions may be used by OLE Fields
Marketing to improve our service. OLE Fields Marketing has the right to modify, reject or remove opinions
at our choice.
Registration and termination
OLE has the right to terminate registration with immediate effect at any time by disabling your use of
the application and services in case you do any of the following:

Violation of any of the user's conditions

If a company considers that you are abusing the application or services

OLE is not responsible to send a notification for termination of account

If the visitor wishes not to use his data in advertising and publication, He/She should send an email

If the user wishes to delete his/her account and all information, he/she should send an email at support@ole-sports.com and we will delete requested account
from our
end within a reasonable time.
Links to other mobile application
Our Mobile Application contains links to other mobile applications that are not owned or controlled by
us. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other mobile
applications or third parties. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our Mobile Application and to
read the privacy statements of each mobile application that may collect Personal Information.
Changes and modifications
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in our choice and will notify you of any material
changes to the way in which we treat Personal Information. When changes are made, we will post a
notification in our Mobile Application. We may also provide notice to you in other ways in our discretion,
such as through contact information you have provided. Any updated version of this Privacy Policy will be
effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy unless otherwise specified. Your
continued use of the Mobile Application or Services after the effective date of the revised Privacy Policy
(or such other act specified at that time) will establish your consent to those changes. However, we will
not, without your consent, use your Personal Data in a manner materially different than what was stated at
the time your Personal Data was collected.
Acceptance of the policy
You acknowledge that you have read this Policy and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the
Mobile Application or its Services you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree to abide by
the terms of this Policy, you are not authorized to use or access the Mobile Application and its Services.
Dispute resolution
The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall
be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates without regard to its
rules on conflicts or choice of law and, to the extent applicable, the laws of United Arab Emirates. The
exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the state and
federal courts located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction
of such courts. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to
this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not
apply to this Agreement.
